About this event

Come support our new Yoga Teacher Training Graduates! We thank you for your continuous support as we help each other develop along our yoga journey, both teacher and student, simultaneously. About EARTH: To ground yourself into the present moment we connect with the body and breath. This slow vinyasa flow will focus on staying in poses longer, deepening the breath, and working on balancing postures. The instructor will give an option to work on an inversion pose at the end of class. Be prepared to feel rooted and ground yourself into the present moment as we connect with the body and breath on a whole other level.
