About this event
A guided mobility and stretching class focused primarily on the shoulders, hips, trunk, and spine. Sessions combine controlled joint mobility, active range-of-motion exercises, dynamic stretching, and longer-held stretches to address stiffness and support more comfortable movement. Ankle, calf, and lower-leg mobility may also be included. Options are provided for different mobility levels, and all levels are welcome.
