Strength60 Circuit is everything you love about Strength60, but a new spin on it! You get to step off your mat and challenge yourself with different equipment and ways of moving your body! We incorporate working in stations, partner work, group work, utilizing the Decks and TRX for a different form of training. Plan for an all out burn with strength training, agility training, and muscular endurance training.
