Allie, from Sprout & Shine DFW, brings a joyful bonding experience designed especially for toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers. Each class blends gentle movement, playful yoga-inspired stretches, music, and sensory exploration to nurture both body and mind. Together, you’ll sing, move, and play through engaging activities that encourage early motor development, creativity, and social-emotional skills—all while strengthening the caregiver–child connection. This warm, welcoming environment gives little ones the space to wiggle, wonder, and grow, while caregivers enjoy intentional time to connect, support their child’s curiosity, and share in the joy of discovery.
