Denton Animal Services advises residents to secure pets as coyotes become more active during their mating season from January through March.

Vanessa Sims, a Denton pastor’s wife, began preserving the historic Black cemetery in Graham in August 2023 after discovering her sister is buried there—county surveys later revealed encroachments including part of the roadway.
