- ➤ Developers plan to build new apartments on 195 acres southeast of I-35W and Corbin Road—about five miles north of Argyle in Denton—when McAdams requests the land be rezoned from Residential 2 to a mixed-use neighborhood on behalf of 195 Denton Partners, LLC. A neighborhood meeting will be held Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Denton South Branch Library and a public hearing will take place on April 9 at 6:30 p.m. at Denton City Hall.
