- ➤ Six North Texas restaurants received nominations for the 35th annual James Beard Awards — winners will be revealed on June 16 at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. KERA
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ On April 3rd, the Public Education Committee voted nine to six to advance a school choice bill that would use $1 billion in public money to help pay for private school tuition; many students would receive $10,000 per year while those with disabilities could get more.
