- ➤ Denton police asked for public help in identifying a dark 2014-2015 Kia Optima involved in a hit-and-run early Saturday on Carril Al Lago Drive near N. Bonnie Brae and W. University Drive—one pedestrian was critically injured and the other suffered minor injuries. The Dallas Morning News

- ➤ The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing on April 15th at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers to discuss a strategic partnership agreement with Sanctuary Municipal Utility Districts No. 1 and No. 2 for limited purpose annexation and a sales and use tax—residents may pick up a free copy of the proposal at the Development Services Department at 401 N.
