- ➤ Suzi Rumohr, a college librarian and mobility advocate, won the District 3 runoff on Saturday—capturing 65.6% of the vote against former Planning and Zoning Chair Margie Ellis. Officials will accept the unofficial results later this month and Rumohr will fill the council seat previously held by Mayor Pro Tem Paul Meltzer. KERA
