At its July 15 meeting, the Denton City Council approved a Specific Use Permit for a new multi-family residential facility on east Fallmeadow Street near Discovery Park and voted to appoint Jesse Davis to the TMPA Board, whose term began on July 18 and will run until July 18, 2027. The project, the first to use the city’s new affordability incentives, will have 120 units with 81 reserved for affordable housing.
