A nonprofit in the Justin area will soon open temporary housing for unhoused teens at Bob’s House of Hope to expand its services for vulnerable youth.
Gov. Greg Abbott and state officials have endorsed the initiative (more details to come).
Hilltop Truck Park joined Northlake on Monday after signing a development agreement that will make it the site for fireworks celebrations and future improvements (including a 9-hole golf course and food court venue).
Northlake police will patrol the property to help keep Thompson Road safe.

Texas hemp retailers are clearing shelves ahead of new state rules effective July 31 that will reclassify certain hemp products as Schedule I controlled substances.
Retailers like Kyle Struebing are shifting to wellness services (including float tanks and saunas) to help customers manage pain and anxiety.
