Cumberland Youth & Family Services received a $40k grant from the Mrs. H.L.
Ruth Ray Hunt Memorial Fund to support single-parent families in Denton County with affordable housing, case management and counseling. The grant will provide 8,000+ days of care for 11 families & expand community programs.

Von Miller, one of DFW's celebrated football stars, is expected to sign with the Dallas Cowboys in a move that brings his career back home after recording nine sacks in 17 games last season with the Washington Commanders.
Von Miller, the NFL active leader in sacks, is signing a one-year contract today to join his hometown Cowboys as they wrap up their California camp.
He is expected to arrive at the West Coast camp before the team breaks camp for its second preseason game on Saturday.
