- ➤ Undocumented college students in North Texas now must pay out-of-state rates after the court overturned the Texas Dream Act. Sienna, a former UNT Dallas student, said her tuition doubled from $4,799 to $10,873—forcing many to withdraw as their financial aid was lost. CBS Texas

- ➤ Today, Northlake leaders along with representatives from the Dallas Stars and Lee Lewis Construction held a beam signing event for a planned 225,000-square-foot multisport facility at Highway 114 and Chadwick Parkway. The $55 million project will open in spring and is expected to feature NHL-regulation ice rinks, basketball courts+volleyball courts and additional spaces that will draw 1.3 million visitors.
