The Senior Source in North Texas has helped older adults manage rising costs by offering financial literacy classes and linking them to job resources.
Program director Julie Krawczyk said many seniors are returning to work to cope with stress (she noted the programs also address emotional challenges).
🏥 Health
Denton residents can get free flu shots from Texas Health's Faith Community Nursing program.
Clinics will be held at local churches + the courthouse amphitheater from Sept. 20 to Nov. 7 in Denton, Flower Mound and Lewisville.
