- ➤ The Texas Attorney General’s Office notified Northwest ISD that its Facebook post about Proposition A used language that appeared to campaign for the measure—an action the agency rued as unlawful electioneering. Northwest ISD responded that it was informing voters about plans to reduce class sizes and has revised the post, while Proposition A passed Tuesday, raising the school tax rate by three cents.
