- ➤ A proposal to rezone a two-acre city-owned lot in Little Elm for The Whiskey Blendery, a two-story whiskey and cigar lounge, faces strong opposition from neighbors who worry about its closeness to their homes and the rapid approval process; the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the revised plan last week and the Town Council will vote on January 6.
