Student Alexandra Lahiri published her WWII study 'Remembering the Kalavryta Massacre' after finding her great-great-grandfather listed among the victims — she hopes to bring her family history into local classrooms as the massacre's 82nd anniversary arrives tomorrow.

Local leaders in Glen Rose say they are working together to keep Dinosaur Valley State Park free of 200-ft power towers from a proposed Oncor project, and the company will submit its final route proposal in February as residents campaign to protect the park that draws 250,000 visitors each year.
