Meet up at the Cicada Pavilion and walk to the Hidden Dock
Want to get your mind centered for the craziness of the end of the year? Need to clear out the doldrums of late summer and find peace? Join the Friends of LLELA team on a journey into the woods and into your own place of well-being. The gratitude mediation will include times of guided reflection through music and poetry as well as a forest bathing experience sure to leave you refreshed and with a sense of purpose with the natural world.
Attendance is limited to 15 people. You will need to bring a camp chair or something to sit upon as well as journaling supplies if you desire.
