Sound & Surrender ✨ Kicking off Gratitude Week with a little extra love for YOU. ❤️ Join Kristin Sunday, November 15, from 12-1 PM for an hour to slow down, get cozy, and let yourself be cared for. Gentle restorative yoga poses will stretch the hips, back, and shoulders while the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes invite your body and mind to settle into rest.
