Talent Acquisition Manager

I am currently the Talent Acquisition Manager at Dude Perfect . My career path spans 14 years at Nike and a few years at Southwest Airlines, along with navigating a layoff and a transitional role before landing back in the sports and entertainment industry. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet incredible athletes, meet Phil Knight the founder of Nike, speak to aspiring Olympic athletes and countless others. Now, I am proud to bring my experience to Dude Perfect as we work to create the most trusted content available. I share this to emphasize that any professional journey will have its ups and downs it doesn't always start with your dream job.

LUIS CARRILLO

Motion Designer

Luis' journey began at the University of North Texas, where they spent 2018 through 2021 working directly with the UNT Football team's media staff. Alongside hands-on sports coverage, Luis was deeply embedded in campus life-serving as an Orientation leader while holding active roles in the Hispanic Student Association, Short Film Club, and Sports Marketing Association before graduating in December 2021.

Following UNT, Luis started as an Athletics Graduate Assistant for Video Production at TCU. They then moved to the Bay Area as a Video Producer for Cal Athletics, followed by a standout 2024 season with the Los Angeles Dodgers during their historic World Series championship run. In January 2025, Luis returned to the DFW area to work for one of the original Youtube channels since the website's conception, Dude Perfect . After initially contributing across filming, editing, and motion graphics as a flex creator, they now serve as a specialized Motion Designer, bringing visual concepts to life using Adobe After Effects, Element 3D, and Blender.
