About this event

Think you've got what it takes—or just want to challenge yourself? Join us for our Pull-Up Contest , where participants of all fitness levels can test their upper-body strength in a fun and supportive environment.

To make the competition accessible to everyone, you'll compete in one of three divisions based on the level of assistance you use:

• Unassisted – Traditional bodyweight pull-ups

• Single Band Assisted – One resistance band for assistance

• Double Band Assisted – Two resistance bands for additional support

Participants will complete one attempt to perform as many consecutive pull-ups as possible using proper form. The individual with the most repetitions in each division will be recognized.

Never Done a Pull-Up?

No problem! This event is designed for beginners and experienced exercisers alike. If you've never attempted a pull-up before, our Fitness staff will help you choose the appropriate resistance band, explain proper technique, and answer any questions before your attempt.
