About this event

Join us via the comfort of your home for a class inspired by the Baptiste Journey into Power sequence; this sequence will help you build a strong foundation and invite transformation. You can expect to sweat during an invigorating, energizing flow that concludes with seated and reclined postures perfect for opening and releasing muscles.  We offer a variety of options so that the class is suitable for all levels. Please register for class ahead of time. All those registered will receive a confirmation email after registration.
