Because of the Halloween holiday we skipped a few weeks.. but let's get back on track..
This is for beginners.
Regardless of your pace. We will start off with a Couch to 5k program. Check in- 8:15-8:30 am
Week 1 Day 2 Warm up-5 min Jog & Walk 20 min Cool Down 5
What to wear? Lightweight, moisture-wicking clothes and supportive shoes designed to keep them dry and prevent skin rubbing.
Little snacks after run will be provided.
