Systems That Scale: Building Repeatable Processes as Your Firm Grows

Running a design or design-build practice isn't just about great projects. It's about systems that keep them consistent, profitable, and on track. We'll dig into the procedures that actually matter, how you document and standardize every step from initial consultation through project closeout, so quality doesn't depend on one person's memory. We'll discuss the tools that work and how to set up communication systems and decision logs to prevent chaos between design, operations, and construction teams. Whether you're a traditional design firm trying to scale or a design-build company wrestling with coordination, this roundtable covers the backbone of a functioning business.

The Designer Roundtable includes independent designers, as well as designers that work inhouse for Design/Build firms. If you are a designer, this group is for you!
