About this event

To ground yourself into the present moment we connect with the body and breath. This slow vinyasa flow will focus on staying in poses longer, deepening the breath, and working on balancing postures. The instructor will give an option to work on an inversion pose at the end of class. Be prepared to feel rooted and ground yourself into the present moment as we connect with the body and breath on a whole other level.
