Owner Tonya Cobb of Cobbins Family Pumpkin Patch in Denton said Monday morning storms damaged her property—snapping trees, scattering debris and breaking the gate—and she may cancel the October opening if repair estimates this weekend push costs too high.

The family-run patch, which has been central since her family moved to Sanger, faces rising expenses as the deadline to order pumpkins nears.
