Wednesday Morning Volunteers

Time: 7:45 AM – 8:25 AM

Volunteers help supervise students while teachers participate in planning time.

Volunteer Requirements

Every volunteer must complete a Carroll ISD application and background check each school year.

• Processing can take up to 1 week

• Cannot be completed on the spot at campus

Check-In: Front Desk (name tags provided)

On Wednesdays, students must report to the Gym or Cafeteria only unless otherwise directed.

Volunteer Positions

• Main Dragon (1): Direct students to Gym or Cafeteria only. No classroom access.

• Band Hall (1): Instrument drop-off only, then students report to Gym or Cafeteria.

• Gym (2): Monitor student behavior. Boys on one side, girls on the other.

• Bus Entrance (1): Direct students to Gym or Cafeteria only.

• Cafeteria (2): Monitor and maintain appropriate behavior.

• Fine Arts Entrance (1): No hallway access. Direct students to Gym or Cafeteria only.

• Man Trap Door Holder

Staff Meeting Days – Additional Needs

• Front Car Rider Drop-Off (2): Direct traffic and assist with safe crossings (vest & stop sign provided).

• Front Desk (1): Must have prior front desk experience.
