About this event

This 1:30 hour class will help you transform, moving you into a whole other level. With a mix of AIR & EARTH, you will be able to work on handstands, arm balance postures, as well opportunities to hold poses longer. Not only will you physically work on your practice, but you will also work deeply with the breath to take you further into different parts of yourself, cultivating awareness where evolution lives. Be prepared to dive deep and realize you are strong beyond measure.
