Eagle City Business Ready Series: Human Skills & AI in the Workplace: What Employers Want

About this event

What makes someone stand out when everyone has access to AI?

Join employer partners from a variety of industries for an engaging discussion about the skills that continue to matter most in today's workplace. While AI is changing how work gets done, employers consistently look for interns and new hires who are curious, eager to learn, collaborative, adaptable, and ready to contribute as part of a team.

Hear directly from employers about what helps new professionals earn trust, communicate effectively, solve problems, and make a positive impact from day one. You'll explore how AI can support your work while learning why critical thinking, good judgment, relationship building, and a growth mindset remain essential for long-term career success.

Leave with a better understanding of what employers value beyond technical skills and practical strategies to combine AI with the human skills that will help you thrive throughout your career.
