About this event
Working with age-specific groups in 60 – 90 minute sessions, our youth and high school training classes help athletes increase overall athletic ability while seeking to minimize their risk of injury. In addition to providing word-class training, we also aim to educate our athletes on how to properly prepare and care for themselves and, ultimately, become the expert of their own performance.
